Hand wash only. Do not soak. Not dishwasher safe. Not microwave safe. Avoid extreme heat. All products are handmade and may have small imperfections.
Refunds
HR Crafting has a no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy. There are no exceptions.
Turnaround Time
Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to produce depending on the amount of current working orders. I do my best to make them and get them out to you as soon as possible, but also want to take my time making the order exactly how you envision it. I typically send progress pictures after certain steps to ensure that your idea for your order is meeting your expectations. Yet at these points some things may not be able to change due to sealants and permanents of the products used.
Shipping
Shipping fees are based off of weight and the urgency your have of receiving your order. If you would like your order within 2 weeks your must add the $15.00 rush charge to your cart. If you would like speedy shipping you must add the $20.00 charge to your card for overnight-2 day shipping. Once a package is shipped you will receive a tracking number but HR Crafting is not responsible for the package once brought to the post office for shipping.
