Collection: Custom Pens & Keychains

  Here you will find our custom pens. These are hand glittered, and colored each to the perfection of your request. We do carry some that are ready to ship as that is in a different section under this drop down tab at the top of the page. 

   You will also find our hand designed keychains. We carry circle, square and dog bone shapes. You can place a custom order to add anything you would like or choose from our selection displayed on our site.

Care Instructions

   The pens are Paper Mate Ink Joy .07mm and are refillable either from my shop or off amazon. These pens should not be put in mouth, or sitting in extreme temperatures.  

   The keychains will fade if left in direct sunlight for long periods of time and may chip/scratched if dropped onto hard surfaces.    

Turnaround Time

      Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to produce depending on the amount of current working orders. I do my best to make them and get them out to you as soon as possible, but also want to take my time making the tumbler exactly how you envision it. I typically send progress pictures after certain steps to ensure that your idea for your order is meeting your expectations. Yet at these points some things may not be able to change due to sealants and permanents of the products used.

Shipping

    Shipping fees are based off of weight and the urgency your have of receiving your order. If you would like your order within 2 weeks your must add the $15.00 rush charge to your cart. If you would like speedy shipping you must choose the fast shipping at checkout that is 1-2 day shipping for about $20.00. Once a package is shipped you will receive a tracking number but HR Crafting is not responsible for the package once brought to the post office for shipping.

Refunds

   HR Crafting has a no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy. There are no exceptions.
