Collection: Tumblers

   These tumblers are made with sublimation ink that adheres to the polyester coating the tumbler is made with through a 400 degree heating process.

Care Instructions 

   These tumblers can be put in the dishwasher on the top wrack and in a light cycle. Please note that there may be potential fading over time so you may want to also hand wash at times and not put through the dish washer every time. HR Crafting is not responsible for any fading that happens after you receive your tumbler. Keep out of extreme heat. 

Turnaround Time

      Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to produce depending on the amount of current working orders. I do my best to make them and get them out to you as soon as possible, but also want to take my time making the tumbler exactly how you envision it. I typically send progress pictures after certain steps to ensure that your idea for your order is meeting your expectations. Yet at these points some things may not be able to change due to sealants and permanents of the products used.

Shipping

    Shipping fees are based off of weight and the urgency your have of receiving your order. If you would like your order within 2 weeks your must add the $15.00 rush charge to your cart. If you would like speedy shipping you must choose the $20.00 shipping charge when you checkout for overnight-2 day shipping. Once a package is shipped you will receive a tracking number but HR Crafting is not responsible for the package once brought to the post office for shipping.

Refunds

   HR Crafting has a no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy. There are no exceptions.
